Leading with Kindness in Lindsay

Sometimes the biggest acts of kindness start with a simple idea.

In Lindsay Ontario, Front Store Manager Nicole Harrison, noticed we had some items that had been sitting on the shelves for a while. Instead of letting them go to waste, she saw an opportunity to give back. With the help of Mike Batisse, the team gathered the products and organized them for donation.

In total, 12 boxes of items were collected and donated to the Salvation Army, helping support individuals and families in the community who may need a little extra support right now.

This moment is a great reminder that community impact doesn’t always come from large initiatives. It often begins with people who care enough to take action. Nicole’s leadership and commitment to doing the right thing turned unused stock into something meaningful for others.

We’re incredibly proud of the team’s efforts and the positive difference they continue to make. Acts like these show how powerful it can be when we look for ways to help the communities we serve every day.

We are stronger together!
