At Neighbourly Pharmacy, our tagline, “Kindness in Every Community,” is a commitment that guides how we care for patients, support one another, and show up in the communities we serve.
During Random Acts of Kindness Week from February 15 to 21, that commitment was on full display across our network. Pharmacy teams set up Kindness booths in their stores, inviting both staff and customers to share handwritten notes of encouragement, appreciation, and gratitude. Community boards quickly filled with thoughtful messages, creating welcoming spaces that reflected the heart of each local pharmacy.
The week served as a powerful reminder that culture is built through everyday actions. A warm greeting, a helping hand, and a few kind words shared at the right moment all make a meaningful difference. Across Canada, our teams embraced the opportunity to strengthen connections not only with patients, but with each other.
