Skip has 30 years of Pharmacy, Retail and Healthcare experience. Prior to joining Neighbourly, Skip spent 27 years at Walgreens, one of North America’s largest pharmacy chains, where he grew up in the pharmacy business. Skip also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Athletico, providing high quality orthopedic rehabilitation in over 960 locations across 24 states and Washington, DC.

JP brings more than 20 years of experience in retail finance, spanning consulting and senior finance leadership roles. Before joining Neighbourly, he led finance transformation programs at EY and went on to hold several leadership positions at Canadian Tire. Most recently, he served as CFO of Helly Hansen.

Steve joined Neighbourly in 2016 when the company had just three pharmacies and has been instrumental in its significant growth since then. Over the years, he has played a key role in expanding the business through strategic acquisitions and helping shape Neighbourly into a leading network of community pharmacies across Canada. With more than 20 years of experience in M&A and retail investment banking, Steve brings deep financial and strategic expertise to his role. Prior to Neighbourly, he held positions at CIBC Capital Markets and other leading financial institutions in Canada and England.

Alicia is a healthcare executive and purpose-driven leader in the healthcare industry. She is a pharmacist by training and started her career at Sobeys taking on various pharmacy and operations leadership roles over her 15-year tenure. In 2018, Alicia joined Walmart Canada to lead the Healthcare Operations team. Alicia has a passion for people and for patient care and has served on various pharmacy advocacy committees to advance the profession. Alicia joined Neighbourly Pharmacy in June 2023 and now leads Pharmacy Strategy & National Operations for the Company.

Maura is a seasoned human resources executive with over 20 years of experience at well-respected Canadian healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services organizations. Prior to joining Neighbourly, Maura was the Vice President of Human Resources at Extendicare Inc., where she has been accountable for developing and deploying talent acquisition, employee development, and HR operations strategies.

Michael has over 25 years of pharmacy and executive leadership experience within retail operations. Prior to joining Neighbourly he held roles at Rexall Pharmacy Group, Wolseley Canada, TJX, and the Hudson’s Bay Company.

Jari has over 25 years of pharmacy and multi-unit retail operations experience, and previously held roles at Shoppers Drug Mart, Dentalcorp, Loblaw’s, and Hudson’s Bay Company.

Thomas has over 20 years of retail experience specializing in technology, data, and analytics. Prior to joining Neighbourly in 2018, he spent over 10 years with Loblaw Companies Limited in operations, finance and business intelligence.
