Skip Bourdo
Chief Executive Officer
Skip has 30 years of Pharmacy, Retail and Healthcare experience. Prior to joining our team, Skip spent 27 years at Walgreens, one of North America’s largest pharmacy chains, where he grew up in the pharmacy business. Skip also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Athletico, providing high quality orthopedic rehabilitation in over 960 locations across 24 states and Washington, DC. Skip and his wife have 4 children and love to spend time at the lake and exploring new areas to travel.
Billy Wong
Chief Financial Officer
Billy has almost two decades of experience working with leading retail and consumer brands. Prior to joining Neighbourly Billy was the CFO of Camuto Group, Designer Brands Canada, and Sears Canada. Billy and his wife love to travel and in his spare time he is learning how to golf.
Steve Losty
Chief Development Officer
Steve had over two decades of M&A and retail investment banking experience prior to joining Neighbourly in 2016, and previously held roles at CIBC Capital Markets and other leading banks in Canada and England. Steve and his wife have two boys who are avid skiers, and Steve enjoys backcountry skiing when he can find the time.
Alicia Matthews-Kent
SVP, Pharmacy Strategy and National Operations
Alicia is a healthcare executive and purpose-driven leader in the healthcare industry. She is a pharmacist by training and started her career at Sobeys taking on various pharmacy and operations leadership roles over her 15-year tenure. In 2018, Alicia joined Walmart Canada to lead the Healthcare Operations team. Alicia has a passion for people and for patient care and has served on various pharmacy advocacy committees to advance the profession. Alicia joined Neighbourly Pharmacy in June 2023 and now leads Pharmacy Strategy & National Operations for the Company. She lives in Mississauga, ON with her husband and two daughters.
Jari Villanen
SVP, Integration, Real Estate and Central Operations
Jari has over 25 years of pharmacy and multi-unit retail operations experience, and previously held roles at Shoppers Drug Mart, Dentalcorp, Loblaw’s, and Hudson’s Bay. With three boys, Jari and his wife are always on the run which may explain why Jari is also an avid runner.
Maura Dyer
SVP, People and Culture
Maura is a seasoned human resources executive with over 20 years of experience at well-respected Canadian healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services organizations. Prior to joining Neighbourly, Maura was the Vice President of Human Resources at Extendicare Inc., where she has been accountable for developing and deploying talent acquisition, employee development, and HR operations strategies. Maura and her husband have 2 teenage daughters and in their spare time they attend their daughter’s many competitive sports competitions and travelling together.
Thomas Leung
VP IT, Analytics and Business Enablement
Thomas has almost two decade of retail experience specializing in technology, data, and analytics. Prior to joining Neighbourly in 2018, he spent over a decade with Loblaw Companies Limited in operations, finance, and business intelligence. Thomas and his wife have two children and enjoys cycling on different bike trails across North America.
